Oxnard Family Circle officially opened its doors in July of 2002. Since then Oxnard Family Circle Adult Day Health Care Center has been striving to be the best provider of Adult Day Healthcare. We treat all patients with a caring attitude and phenomenal service.

The program has many components that are vital to the health and independence of adults in need of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and social stimulation.  The program stresses partnership, the family, the physician and the community in working towards maintaining personal independence. Services provided at our center in particular include a wide variety of care that will be adjusted to each individual participant based on their physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Oxnard Family Circle has a multidisciplinary team that works together to provide respite care for family and caregivers upon entering the program. The program also provides numerous therapeutic components for individuals who need to maintain flexibility, stability, and enhanced cognitive ability as a person grows older.

• Our population includes people from all walks of life, including Veterans and Civilians
• We cater to Ventura County's ethnically diverse population.
• We treat and monitor all conditions, including mental and physical disabilities, Alzheimer’s and Dementia, Congenital Heart Failure and speech difficulties



Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm and business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
