The mission of Oxnard Family Circle Adult Day Health Care is to provide quality healthcare services to the elderly, the mentally, and physically disabled citizens of Ventura County. We carry out our mission with the highest integrity in order to make a difference in their lives. We believe in providing the right program to fit the needs of the individual, encouraging each person to reach their potential, creating a support system for family members and continuing to develop model programs that meet the unfulfilled needs of the elderly and the disabled citizens of Ventura County. Our adult day healthcare facility in Oxnard is equiped with the best physical therapy and rehabilitation services in Ventura County.

Our primary goal of our Adult Day Healthcare facility in Oxnard is to restore or maintain capacity for self care to frail elderly persons, adults with disabilities, or retired Veterans who need assistance with care; and adult day healthcare also serves to prevent inappropriate or personally undesirable institutionalization. Our day program serves as a “home away from home.”

Oxnard Family Circle Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) is a community based day program, which provides an array of therapeutic and social services designed to maximize the independence of those who are living with a physical, mental, or developmental challenge. A nutritionally balanced hot noon meal, snacks and breakfast are served daily. Door to door transportation to and from the program is provided.
