The mission of Oxnard Family Circle is to provide healthcare services to elderly, the mentally, and physically disabled. We carry out our mission with the highest integrity in order to make a difference in their lives. We believe in providing the right program to fit the needs of the individual, encouraging each person to reach their potential,creating a support system for family members and continuing to develop model programs that meet the unfulfilled needs of the elderly and the disabled.

Our primary goal of our Adult Day Healthcare is to restore or maintain capacity for self care to frail elderly persons, adults with disabilities, or retired military personel who need assistance with care; and adult day healthcare also serves to prevent inappropriate or personally undesirable institutionalization. Our day program serves as a “home away from home.”

Oxnard Family Circle Adult Day Healthcare (ADHC) is a community based day program, which provides an array of therapeutic and social services designed to maximize the independence of those who are living with a physical, mental, or developmental challenge. A nutritionally balanced hot noon meal, snacks and breakfast are served daily. Door to door transportation to and from the program is provided.
